Cozy and above all a nice pub in Eelde! The place for the real Eeldenaar!
Well organized party at De Babbelaar, friendly people, everything is possible and nothing is crazy. Menu is very modest but the food is delicious and cheap

Always friendly, good for a snack with your drink
We actually came here unintentionally because the location we were going to initially was closed. But that was actually our luck. Because although the menu of De Babbelaar is very modest, what is served is certainly not. My other half had a delicious fully homemade satay with everything on and on. I had pork medallions. I know from experience that you can easily prepare pork tenderloin incorrectly, it was super tender and delicious. Very well prepared Flemish fries were served. Perhaps not everyone can appreciate that, but I happened to feel like it and they were tasty.
The service was very welcoming and friendly.
