Book reserved 4 days ago, but still not ready .... You might think that could happen, but with the idea that this book is just in the cupboard in this library, this is very unfortunate. In addition, treated unprofessional and not customer friendly.

It's nice that it is still possible to exchange books in a fairly relaxed way in this corona time. You can even read the newspaper, as long as one and a half meters away is observed.

Incredibly nice patient people. Especially when you realize that almost everyone there is a volunteer. Very pleasant and nicely decorated to motivate children to read.
