terrible servce. Bad customer support. They dont belong in 2020 as a bank. Better go somewhere else, I cancelled my accounts with them.

The location is convenient, right in the center. This ABN AMRO branch is spacious, the waiting area is comfortable, and there are few cabins for private consultations with bank tellers. It was difficult to open a bank account in the evening, because their schedule is full and they only accept coming by appointment. Next available evening appointments were far in the time. The teller told me that opening a bank account takes approximately 1 hour, which is rather a lot. However she agreed to take the most important personal details, and sent me the contract by post to sign it and return it. It was not ideal, but I appreciated the resolutive attitude, given the circumstances.

Oh oh oh ABN. Let your customers deposit money outside with a gigantic long queue. Try to get everyone off together with the security guard so that no one can enter. What a top service for your customers !! I went to ING and they have everything neatly arranged and they just let customers in properly. Show again who still offers good customer service despite all circumstances.

This bank is very customer-friendly. I accidentally indicated to Google Maps that their entrance is not wheelchair friendly. This is not correct and as far as I had seen there are no stairs in the bank itself!
