Shop experience is not at all good... they don’t give you exact waiting period information and make you just book the bike and rest is upon you to follow up... customer service and satisfaction is not up to the mark and very disappointing

We have been here with my wife today. Fantastic stuff - very nice and friendly guy explained us all the difference between bike models and helped to try different bikes. Great shop with amazing consultant.

I will never buy a bicycle again at Fietsenwinkel.nl! Worst company I've ever seen. I ordered a bike two months ago and today I am told that the bike has been re-ordered, while the other bike would have been ready for weeks (or the other one has just been sold?) How do you make it up ?! I have been in contact with them so often, and every time a lousy excuse is given as to why it would not be right now. Save yourself the trouble and buy the bike you want from a good shop nearby.

My MTB has been under repair for a torn frame since 25/04, nicely picked up by Fietsenwinkel.NL after which I received confirmation from Cube of the delivery of a new frame at Fietsenwinkel.NL, but these have been keeping me on the line for some time, with all kinds of standard emails. What should I do ?????
