What an amazing staff. Fixed my bike VERY fast and amazing employees. Good job JoJo I am loving the fix on the bike. Very smooth and like new. I will be back to buy a bike next time and service here often. Goed gedaan!

Just been here for an inner tube (neat, expert and kindly helped by a colored young man) who asked me what the width of the tire is (I didn't know there was a difference) so I called home and got the correct size 24 inch the cash register. On the way to the checkout I took a rear light with me and paid everything to a non-colored, short, bald, bearded man. At home I find out that the rear light is for an electric bicycle ... I go back to the store, at the same cashier with the friendly and FREE advice to remind customers at checkout that it is a rear light for an electric bicycle .. this could prevent annoyance and unnecessary trips to the store, right? Cashier: well .. you could also have asked .. That's right, but when you say that .. as a seller you understand the difference between a web store and a physical store TOTALLY NOT .. also it is not CUSTOMER-friendly to say something like this to your customer. You could take lessons from your colored colleague, who knows how to deal with customers. I will not come again, purely because I would not like to see this seller (not colored, short, bald, with beard male). My suspicion: bearded man is the owner and his colored colleague is an employee. Bearded Man stay at home or sit in the office, quit customer contact or take a few lessons from your employee first and then try to do it again like he does customer contact. (Again a free advice 🤓)

I know it is normal that it takes longer for your online order to arrive (2 weeks). But if you call it can be done in a day as long as you pay extra (because the products in stock are better quality) is very special, isn't it? By the way, this is a normal inner and outer tire 28x1.3 / 8. Whether I wanted to pay an extra 5 + 12 euros.

Now bad experience after previous good experience. Bike brought on 19.08, luckily I could leave it behind because I had to w88., The job, replace gear handle. Was able to pick up the bike on 09.09. On this day the part turned out to be there, but there was no mechanic. It would be ready the following week 16.09. Not ready again on the agreed day. The mechanic said the part was not there yet. But I had already seen the part so the mechanic confronted it. Mistake. They would call next week 25.09 when he was ready. They still have to call ...... eventually the bike was ready on 05 10 when I went long after work.
