Very poorly helped, wanted to make an appointment to have the distribution chain replaced, first I have to wait 10 minutes before someone came on the line, then forced them to make a diagnosis that would cost 145 € otherwise there was none guarantee that the problem was solved also asked for a quote of what it would cost to have it replaced and she did not want to find out now because she was too busy!

Complaint about incorrect delivery. On Monday A-Point emails that it will be picked up as soon as possible. Still haven't heard on Friday. In short, not very customer-oriented.
