Very good doctor. Always friendly and professional. Patient needs are alway taken as a priority. You can just walk-in (at the morning) without an appointment.

I have been with Dr. Didden for as long as I can remember and have always had very pleasant experiences. I think she is a sweet, warm, calm, intelligent, tolerant and knowledgeable woman who doesn't care and likes to think along. I'm fine here :)

takes your complaints seriously and acts appropriately

I just had a whole phone conversation with Rowena (assistant doctor (Didden). I had a question about a certain medicine (reimbursement). Employee did not think in solutions and did not give me good advice. I then indicated that I was not happy with her answer and that her communication was not okay. Rowena (assistant doctor) then indicated that she did not necessarily have to give me the right treatment and did not help me further. I quote: patients are not the king here in this practice! This was her last sentence. I am very disappointed I can say. For the rest, I am very satisfied with Dr. Didden. Just a pity that this kind of catty assistants work for her.

Does not want to visit older, less able-bodied people. Sends this when they come along (gentleman with very high blood pressure and cardiac arrhythmia) back home in no time, and are left to their own destiny to find out for themselves whether a hospital visit is necessary or not. Wherever my wholesalers have to figure out how they get here. I have a strong feeling that if it had been due to this doctor's practice my grandfather would have been lying between 6 shelves for a long time.
