I’ve been using this GP since we move here, 6 year ago. When it was a very small and cosy. Since the office is bigger I hardly visit for many years. Thanks god that I didn’t have that Needed for sickness. But fortunately is not forever, I had a bad flu like with high fever, body pain and bad coughing. I tried to call for GP appointment, it was not possible!! The nurse (dokterassistente) play a GP roll on the phone and diagnose my sickness. Which I better stay at home in bed because they will not prescribe antibiotic for me? Who ask for those kind of medicine? When people sick they need a care. It could be a proper check up listen to my lung if I’m not infection. Thats what we pay for our health system here!!! Not some kind of arrogant nurse that try to play a doctor on the phone. Please reconsidering The reaction that you express to your patient.

Has been with this general practice for 2 - 3 years now, but now had two rather unacceptable experiences in a row. Month ago I had a video call with the doctor, after which she would write me a referral letter. I could pick this up later that afternoon. I am there later in the afternoon to hear that the doctor had forgotten to write the referral letter ... So I was allowed to go home without having completed the job. Today I had an appointment with the assistant for a simple procedure, for the cleaning of the ears. The lady was still fiddling with the device in front of me, then called someone who couldn't get it working either. You guessed it, I could go home empty-handed. All this of course during working hours ...

Very nice doctor who really takes you seriously. Take the time for you.

GGZ practice support is really the most incapable care worker I have ever met. The way in which she conducts her conversations is anything but decisive and efficient. She looks no further than what she sees on the surface, something that I believe is a requirement within mental health care. She also refuses to make use of any sources outside the patient himself, the signals from outside may just be so important to come to a clear picture.
