Today (February 2, 2121) I had to go to de Haak for a small examination, I had an appointment with a physician assistant. I was supposed to be helped at half past three, and was quite late. In the meantime that I waited, one of the employees was busy processing the appointments / reports. There was an elderly man with little patience and he was scolding and yelling at the employee in question who remained neat and calm, she remained friendly, and really professional. And that is already worthy of praise! But when I asked her how much longer I had to wait and she went after it and learned that the Physician assistants who would be doing it were not available and she helped me herself without any problems really good patient kind woman I know her name not but she sat at the desk to report for green. She definitely deserves a compliment!

I am very dissatisfied with the way the clients are treated. I had gone to the doctor with certain complaints and wanted to test myself, but the doctor was not allowed (which by the way was not my doctor, but another man I had not seen before). I told my complaints and that I would like to test myself, but he did not think he should refer me to test myself (laboratory research) and if I wanted to do it I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. This is literally what he said to me. Very unprofessional and rude! I am a young lady and that was a gentleman aged 40/50, so I got the feeling that he was not taking me seriously and was looking from above, as if my opinion about my own complaints is nothing. So if I have to go back to what I said at the beginning, this is definitely not the way you should treat your clients. Of course there are also nice employees, but that should go without saying.

Nice big building, bit of searching at the beginning, but it is really top decorated. Enthusiastic employees, very committed to their patients. Nice center!

The waiting time to get in touch by phone is alarming. In addition, in recent years, every experience is one of mistakes made by this organization. Submitting complaints constructively has not led to any improvement. Despite the fact that you will be assigned your own doctor, this is almost never available. Many GPs then provide care, but have no insight into your personal file. Which can cause medically dangerous errors. There are medical assistants who do not even speak the Dutch language. De Haak is part of Zorggroep Almere. Both can be closed as far as I am concerned!

I just want to call because of a new referral regarding my hernia, I am told to be in a queue of 167 minutes! Absolutely no chance. It is yet another problem here and switching is not easy. Today 07-09-2020 again problems I need medication for my a.d.d. they have prescribed the wrong one and I try to call ... you are told we are overloaded. Even having a call back is not possible. I understand the crowds due to corona, but this is completely unacceptable. I called this morning to pass on the medication and give them the wrong one. Now I can't do anything yet. Just had knee surgery and just need to rest. The callback was therefore not possible due to overload
