I have called your assistants 6-7 times in the past 12 months to make appointments whenever I was sick and every time I was refused an appointment stating that I have to buy medicines and treat myself. If this is the case, why do I have to pay for an insurance? If this is the case, what is the need of a doctor? I can google all the symptoms, medicines and treat myself. It is a shame that 1 is the minimum rating I can give here. I prefer to rate you 0 or negative.

Very basic service, the assistants won't let you see a doctor in an emergency on a short notice and instead try to provide generic advice over the phone. My mother visited me and had a terrible ear problem after her flight. I called Medi-Mere and was told no doctor will see her. The doctors make it impossible to get specialist appointment and make it difficult to run any diagnostic tests. I was once literally told that 'in Holland they don't do preventive medicine' so no preventive diagnostics or tests were possible including cervical screening that is an absolute standard in other countries. Another time my psychologist appointment was cancelled after I was already waiting in the lobby, no compensation was of course offered. When I accidentally missed my appointment a few weeks later, obviously they charged me the full amount for it. Good luck with your attitude, I'm glad I don't live there anymore.

Student of verloskundige was great, but main verloskundige was aful. She told my wife with a bit of problems with breast feeding to stop, didnt want to come to hospital for delivery, and didnt do regular catchups. Always waited for our appointemnt about 20 minutes min.
