I had called and it was said there was a 7 min wait, in the end it was 10 minutes over and be it all the time my queue was under 1 minute i was waiting for a while then clicked on it asterisk to be called back but it didn't. I called again and then the waiting time was 11 minutes. really really bad!

What a terribly bad pharmacy. A complaint already filed years ago, which was well recorded, because there were several of the same complaints. A lot has changed for the better then. Unfortunately I experience again that it is terrible. We have moved (to Geldermalsen) which I had to report online. I called. I dropped by. I called again but they keep sending repeat prescriptions for my husband and me. And I really don't speak Chinese! I'll spare you the rest.

The only downside is that I heard the assistant make an appointment over the phone for someone with corona complaints! That does not put you at ease: (whether or not there is an afternoon consultation hour.
