Good day, For Corona there were already long waiting times of approx. 55 minutes. Now with Corona they have changed the band more often and they even had a time when Corona information comes before the urgent option. Even now, the urgent option is not listed first, which I don't think makes sense, but that could be me. Most days I now have to wait longer than 100 minutes, even longer than 200 minutes. Last Monday I had NO CHANCE to get in the queue and the connection was automatically disconnected after being told to try again the next working day via a tape where only the option to press was urgent. Then you finally get to them. They don't even listen to you. They ask too late for your date of birth. And are incredibly unfriendly. Been here for years and since they moved to between the canals south from perspective it only went out with the doctors as well as the rest of the staff I came in contact with. At least a year ago I went to visit Corona because I had alarm complaints during my 'very early' pregnancy which turned out to be 2 months afterwards and I was sent away without any examination (not even feeling the belly) with the news that I Had to wait 2 weeks that I would most likely miscarry. While I had been losing about 1 drop of blood per day for at least 2 weeks and experienced cramps that did not feel normal to me and got enormous pain in breasts, so I had passed a test and then immediately made an appointment, in the same week I had to be picked up to be taken by ambulance and immediately to a midwife where it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy and my belly was already so full of blood that it was also extremely dangerous for myself. And of course the child could not be saved. While I had already raised the alarm at the beginning of the week and the worst could have been prevented by an ultrasound or blood test alone. And if you thought it couldn't get any worse, they come with the Corona measures where even if you have a CORONA TEST with NEGATIVE results, you still cannot schedule a "physical appointment" but a call appointment is difficult to schedule. And then they are told that the Corona test is not reliable that it could be a false result. While I recently had to go to an emergency doctor in Amsterdam and the doctor said that I should have gotten an appointment long ago and that I should go to the doctor as soon as possible for further examination. (which I didn't get because I didn't take a test, then you do one I'm told it's not reliable and get a call from the doctor). Bravo. That way I can still name everything but I think it is clear. Super bad health center. They should be ashamed there. I have to wait an average of 40 minutes before I have someone on the phone. And unwise ladies if you even get them on the phone. Terrible GP practice .... you feel almost embarrassed to call if you have something wrong.
