Satisfied! I read some negative reviews but my experience with Castrovalva was every time a positive one. Appointments made fast, friendly attitude of the doctors and the receptionists..overall nothing to complain.

We are always very satisfied with our GP de Braal. But I came to pick up my repeat prescription of medicine from Castrovalva today and was approached quite unkindly. All this through the Corona measures. I was in the wrong queue! Instead of the right row for the pharmacy, I should have been in the left row. That's the line for the counter. But literally no one was waiting in line, I was alone! The lady who instructed me to actually take the other row said that I could walk through for this time .. But at home I had to read a good text message with everything on it. I thought it was a bit of a show of power and very unfortunate, not customer friendly.
