The most rude man works there I defenitely do not recommend going to this place
I deposited a parcel and the man was incredibly rude despite the fact I was nice and polite (and clearly pregnant). I was shocked by his behaviour, will never return in this shop.
Shockingly, my husband comes home with a small bunch of flowers and asks if € 30.00 is a normal amount for this bouquet?
I thought it was a joke. There is no exclusive flower that could explain the high amount.
You can get this for ten euros at the supermarket. I emailed the store but realize after several reviews that this is clearly a 'cat in the poke'!
And no response back to my mail ..
Very customer unfriendly treatment when trying to figure out where my previously issued return from Amazon via DHL could be. I tried to get an explanation how such a return process works. The answer was very brief, while the man had now started other activities and made no effort at all for a customer-friendly approach, that I had to check my account and wait until the amount was credited to my account again. End of communication.
I popped in here on May 31st at 9am to buy a bouquet. Unfortunately, except for a few flowers, everything was gone. Eventually they were able to make a bouquet but after 3 days the cups already started to hang. They clearly have a purchasing problem here.
