Speaking of a repair over the phone, this man was unable to communicate properly. Because I did not understand something and asked how it was, I got comments like 'you are not listening' thrown at my head. Very derogatory. That's not how you deal with people, let alone your loyal customers. We regularly used the services of Expert, but that is now over.
