Bottle of 270 champagne ordered as a very special gift. To my surprise delivered without a box. Contacted, I could buy extra box for 60, - extra shipping costs, would be sent immediately. 4 days later I heard nothing, contact sought again. The box appears to be in a different place at a collection point. Indicated to be dissatisfied with how this works. What follows is not an understanding or apology, but a blunt response that they cannot help it, because it is up to the parcel deliverers. Very customer-unfriendly experience.

unreliable company promised everything but agreements are not made after wine would be delivered but is still not delivered after 2 weeks blame supplier but that really does not light, then suddenly receive an email with sorry early this week you will hear from us but they also do not honor that appointment, I am fed up with this company never order anything here again !!

The two gentlemen from Wijny are real toppers, with love for the product and their profession. Unfortunately we no longer live that close, but luckily I can also order online very easily, if just passing by is nicer (and tastier)

Very satisfied! Clear explanations and really tasty affordable wines. Even if you are looking for a certain type of wine, they help you well. I have now ordered several times and each time delivered quickly and enjoyed the diversity of tasty wines. No more Supermarket or liquor store for us.
