Recently our house was painted by the Baaij Schilderwerken. Good work, pleasant in communication and a good price. I absolutely recommend Baaij Schilderwerken.

After a good experience with my neighbor I also contacted Painting Company Baaij. Someone came by at short notice to discuss a quote with me. I was immediately pointed out what existing wind cracks and dry sealant that should be repaired and replaced. This was neatly included in the quotation. The same day I received a nice quote with a competitive price. Then made an appointment and on May 15 the painter already started work. The painter provided some extra tips and came up with an idea for an even better result (co-painting the top edges in masonry with a metal plate in it). The painter (Chanel) worked really hard and was a perfectionist. In 4 days, my house has been completely refurbished at the front and back, above and below, with super sleek paintwork. I am very satisfied and if something needs to be done again, I will certainly engage Baaij again.

I have outsourced the exterior painting work to my house to painting company Baaij. After the last painting was disastrous, I was afraid it could no longer be saved. After I made an appointment for a fireplace, I quickly received a quote. I quickly agreed and despite the weather at short notice, my house was painted in tip-top order! I can only say that I am very satisfied. Clear agreements, I knew in advance where I stood because the wood rot that was discovered was immediately included in the budget. Friendly and neat painters who delivered their work neatly and on time. On the last day, the owner came to see if the work had been properly done, and that was it. Definitely recommended, a very pleasant experience compared to painting companies that have messed up in the past. Well done guys, and until the next painting!

do not work with Baaij. Do not cooperate with "Your caretaker" the collective purchase of paintwork from "Vereniging Eigen Huis". I did it and I regret it very much. It is much better to hire a painter yourself and do business with it immediately. At "Your caretaker" broddelwerk is supplied, all parties involved then point to each other and you as a customer are out in the cold, while you pay the main price for painting because all parties want to earn from it. The company "Baaij" from Almere, hired by "Uw Huismeester", painted my house in May 2017. They painted over rotten wood, causing the paint to peel off 6 weeks after the final inspection by "Vereniging Eigen Huis" (on 10 July 2017). "Vereniging Eigen Huis" did not carry out the inspection properly, they should have noticed this. Then they take their hands off the case, I just had to solve it with "Your caretaker". "Your caretaker" takes endless time to respond and then declines all liability because they are completely based on the lies of the company "Baaij" and do not hear back and forth. Painter "Baaij" is lying that they would have advised me to take a completely new frame, but I would have refused that. Then they would have offered to repair the case provisionally for E450, - extra but then I would lose my right to warranty. This is a gross lie, such a conversation never took place! At the time they insured me for E450, - to make the window completely in order again, so they were unable to achieve that. Ultimately, my legal expenses insurance compensated me for the damage at the beginning of January 2018 and they will continue to fight. Hats off Achmea, I can close this now! Unfortunately not thanks to "Vereniging Eigen Huis" which leaves its members ugly in the cold when it comes down to it. Unfortunately also not thanks to "Your caretaker" where they can just earn a lot of money by just sitting back and not mediating. Finally, unfortunately also not thanks to the Baaij company that supplies broddelwerk and tries to turn around with lying and cheating.

Already had my house painted by Painters Baaij and very satisfied with the result. Appointments are neatly kept, experienced neat painters have made my house shine again. I advise you to have your house renovated by firm Baaij.
