Very bad experience. Had to call Amsterdam because Almere was closed. If you call for complaints about heel spurs and I suggest some questions that Mr. can not give direct answers and indicate that there is already an echo is nota bene by the podiatrist to practice is shared and that I would be thus helped direct result for the pain. It is said yes but first I have to ask questions if you use medication. I indicate not to use medication. Mr is laughing and indicates that he has heard this before that people indicate not to use medication and that it appears during the intake that medication is being used anyway. Well I know myself if I use medication or not and if I don't use it now, then Monday either. Did not really take me seriously. When I state that I find very unpleasant conversation in this way, sir says fine, I get the appointment from the calendar then throws gentleman making the hook on it instead of apologizing and customers seriously. I find shameful. But on the other hand, if someone is not taking a customer seriously by phone, then they don't have to be at my feet either.

I have been suffering from heel spurs for several months now. I was referred by the doctor with the question whether I had heel spur. Hans Le Loux has confirmed the diagnosis of heel spur by means of a quick and adequate examination and immediately started with shockwave therapy and gave me practice assignments. I also received good instruction on how to tape my heel. Until now I have benefited from the treatment and I am very satisfied. First of all because of the fact that I have less pain, but certainly also because of the customer-friendly approach of both Hans Le Loux and his colleague Kelly van der Linden.
