Yesterday I spoke very friendly and despite the fact that I had the wrong department on the phone, after some searching I was connected to the right department. indeed hope to get an answer within 2 days, I have to wait and see if that will work, but there was nothing wrong with the treatment.

Already 2 weeks waiting for documentation that I supposedly could download myself when I log in with Digid. My documentation is not online so there is little to download, yes from next year, but I now have nothing to do with it. I can ask you to put it online so that I can still download it. No it is sent by mail. (kidding me?) Can last up to 8 weeks. I indicate that I really need it faster because of business management. Well in practice this would only be 10 working days. Meanwhile 2 weeks, 10 working days, but still nothing. I decide to call. I struggle through the huge menu and may wait 15 minutes before I get a reluctant lady on the phone who will wait for me another 3 minutes and then says ... did you request this in writing? Excuse me? I called and I was told that it was arranged and would be sent! Yes, but then it will take 8 weeks, Madam. 8 weeks in a time when documentation can be digitally processed, 8 weeks in a time when a webshop can have an order at the destination within 24 hours and where it even succeeds to get it from the Netherlands to Belgium within 24 hours. 8 weeks because this is the protocol of centuries ago and you think you should leave the request for 8 weeks before you can process it. tax office ... can not we make it more fun? No, indeed, but certainly not!

They have to put things in order very quickly at the tax office and just go through a few evenings and weekends, because they help the whole of the Netherlands with their tinkering.
