I have used their service many times and all of them have been quick to arrive or at least honest on the estimated time. Also once I left something in the taxi accidentally and they were very friendly and I recovered it in no time free of charge.

Booked a last minute taxi from Wassenaar to schipol 90 minutes before we needed it, staff couldn't have been more helpful and the driver arrived promptly. Driver was very friendly and helped us with our bags. Cost was just under €65 and worth every cent.

worthless people without a heart, no respect for people / parents with a handicapped child! only think of money! bus must! and set rules that really make absolutely no sense for normal thinking people !!! in short, handicapped transport via taxi wheels DO NOT do !!!

After ordering 2 taxis, both had to be paid at the end of the ride, while in 1 of the 2 for both was paid. After a short call with the company they would call me back if they had picked it out, this then did not happen. After calling again on my own initiative "it was settled" and I would receive the money back in my account. 4 days later this has not happened yet .... Now wait until Monday because then the administration is only open! All in all a very tiring experience with Wielkens taxis
