Horrible and worst experience. Committed delivery cca 30 mins. They even faked on Thuisbezord to show that’s its delivered. 90 mins later we call, they apologize and promise delivery in 20 mins. It’s been over 3 hours. We call and they let it go to voice mail. Absolutely unacceptable customer experience. Especially when you have guests over. Will never order from here again. Just shocking in this day and age!

It's been 90 minutes and the sushi still hasn't arrived. We have called two times now, where they say it will only take another 15 minutes both times. Now, they won't even pick up the phone anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
