Never go again! What a terrible experience. Called if they had shoes that our son wanted and drove there to ask my wife if he could fit them, that was not possible! There was only one other customer in the store and Mrs. had nothing to do. But rules are rules according to that lady. Buy fit at home because that's how it goes with zalando ... Well then we'll go to zalando. Very unfortunate in the past at the location in Leiden, well helped, but I have my limits.
