I was very unhappy with the quality of care this GP centre delivers. I even made appointments with different doctors to try and find a suitable one, but unsuccessfully. Things that upset me: -this centre brands itself for being English-speaking friendly, but some of the doctors barely speak it. -long waiting period for an appointment. -appointments are too short . 10 minutes per patient. -doctors were late with even as much as 30 minutes, and then no explanation or apology. It made me late for work. -I felt rushed and not taken seriously every time. - the doctor dismissed my symptoms, based on "I never heard of that, so it's probably nothing. - I was refused a blood test on the basis that "I wasn't feeling bad". -overall I would leave the GP every time feeling disappointed or upset. Even if I wouldn't have moved, I was going to register with a different GP

The GP was accommodating enough, but apart from having some blood tests done, I didn't receive any useful advice or proper treatment.

They complain if you are 2 minutes late. But no problem making you wait 30 minutes without any apologies. Some good GPs, but also some very bad ones. Luck of the draw...
