when can i pick up the package? it's closed there every day🙄

The opening times they originally had in the window are different than what they have on google, those are different than what DHL sent me and those are different from what they scribbled and put in the window now. It seems like they just come up with their own opening hours one the fly from week to week. Picking up a parcel from here is always a nightmare. Avoid!

This review concerns the quality of the service they provide as a service point for DHL Parcel and not the services provided by the dry cleaner. We have already seen twice in a short time that packages that are delivered here for shipment are either "lost" for weeks or are only included in the DHL shipping process after two weeks. Have now had an investigation conducted by DHL. At another DHL point 1 kilometer away (Toeter Gadgets, Amphoraweg), parcels arrive at their destination within 2-3 days on weekdays. What are they doing wrong at Crystal Dry Cleaning? I have no idea. Maybe you would like to instruct the friendly lady behind the counter how the DHL system works?

Brought curtains to have them cleaned. On the day it would have been ready, we went to pick them up. Then it turned out that they were still standing in the middle of the store and nothing had been done yet. Then I was assured they would be ready soon. When I went by the second time to pick up the curtains, it turned out that they were still in the same place, without anything having been done with them. Eventually the employee came up with an excuse that they needed my approval. She could not explain why this approval had not been requested when the curtains were dropped, when collected for the first time or by telephone. Don't waste your time at this store, they don't take their job seriously.
