Amazing library

Beautiful library with excellent facilities (café Zinnig, work and study places, printer, Wi-Fi) and friendly staff, highly recommended. People come from far and wide to view this architectural tour de force.

Good looks and friendly staff

Nice library with nice study places and a cozy café. However, I have experienced several times that the staff make little effort to explain things to you and I find this a great pity. How the library works (where certain genres are) and how exactly the process of borrowing books works is hardly explained when you ask for help. The library computers and printers are also incomprehensible and often work against: if you want to print something (especially in color), this often does not work. When you ask for help, the response is often "strange" and you are not approached in a very customer-friendly manner. A shame, because it is such a beautiful library in a beautiful setting.
