We actually have booked at the other Bastion hotel in Leiden. Unfortunately something's going wrong and our reservation was deleted. All rooms were fully booked. We went to the other hotel where we enjoyed a free dinner with consumptions. They have done a great job to be there for us. All due the faulty facts they came with a very acceptable solution.

Awesome hotel, very clean. Would definitely recommend. Also excellent customer service! Most notably Elena. She was extremely polite and helpful!

A friend and I arrived after midnight. The gentleman who was on duty was so helpful. Our twin-bed room looked good - the place we needed after a late arrival from Scotland. Breakfast choices were OK: could add more to it.

People were great! All the staff were very kind to us and the hospitality of all of them (receptionists, cleaners, etc.) was really great! :D They helped us with everything we needed and answered all our requests :D Special mention to the receptionists who did our check-in and out, who was really nice and even practiced some of his Spanish with us! :D It was a very very nice stay! Thank you! :D Oh! And they have free billar so we spent very great evenings playing! ;D

visit my family they came also for breakfast. But no sleep in hotel. Nice man at reception thank you for the Samsung charger every day
