DO NOT!! A few years ago, had glass and painting done by de Gunst. This involved many flaws such as placement of windows that were too small, not properly sanded and primed wood, carelessly applied (not paintable ..) sealant and low quality of the overall finish. In addition, communication was always very poor with last-minute cancellations, not (fully) answering questions and brevity. All flaws were ignored, resulting in legal action. After a revocable request via legal aid, de Gunst eventually replaced some windows and sealant. The entire process took almost 3 years and cost us a lot of energy and headaches. I strongly advise against this company.

Bad experience with this company. When an appointment was finally made they could not place the glass. The way this all went was anything but professional and customer friendly. They also had the audacity to send the bill before the glass was placed. The covers of my sliding door have been lost and they do not want to solve this either. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

We had 12 HR double plus windows, including two in the sliding doors. There was a quick quote, the delivery time was also 2 months faster than the competitive offer. Very friendly staff. Recommended!

Contacted to prepare a quote; they have visited to assess the situation; waited a week for the quotation, contacted in a week that I have not yet received a quotation- I would receive a quotation in 2 weeks; about a week later received another e-mail that they do not have time to prepare a quotation; very unprofessional! This is an example that can also translate into your situation; failing to keep agreements. I would like to urge you, the reader, to look further.

Bad communication and the work is unfortunately not what you can expect. you will also not be treated professionally if you notice something. certainly not recommended
