I made an order on Dec. 17th and after 11 days it is not yet arrivede. I sent an email on Dec. 22nd and they didn't answer (today is dec. 28th). I called them, no answer. In the confirmation order mail there is written that orders made within Dec. 18th would arrive within Dec. 23rd. I have no food for my dog

Ordered rabbit food bowl. Orange color on website but indeed if you click on description and scroll down, you will see that you cannot choose the color ... They should write it above and also mention it on photo. For the rest ok

Ordered at 11 am, unfortunately not delivered the next day (on the website they even talk about 'ordered before 5 pm, delivered the next day!') I had to email first. Nice prices.

Placed an order for which an item would not be in stock on time. Helped very well by Daan from customer service, another color was in stock and will be shipped immediately. My advice would be to better tape the delivery boxes and inform a customer in good time that something is being delivered. But good customer service makes up for a lot!

I wanted to order a lot of cage accessories for my rats here, until I saw that they sell a classic mouse trap with folding mechanism. I think this is really absurd and barbaric. My money does not go to such a company. I am now going to order from ZooPlus.
