Very nice second-hand store with very lovely owners and employees. I can only recommend the store to anyone, who is searching for nice clothing!

Really not recommended. Properly brought some clothing. Only recovered half of it. Was not supposed to be true. So no money either. But I also lost that clothing. That way I can earn money too! That is not a way of doing it? I sometimes walk by and think "you will look nice." But I refuse to go inside. Especially if I do not know whether that clothing is also obtained in such a way and the original owner has not done anything about it. If I wanted to do it for free, I would have known a better address!

What an incredibly bad thing! I have rarely been treated so badly as here. A few months ago, the owner said: "Unfortunately, there is little boy's clothing, 80% is girls." So I thought: Nice! Then I bring in some clothes from my son. A few weeks later, another employee with a very annoyed attitude went through the clothes and pulled out 18 pieces. Neatly clean clothes, appropriate for the winter season. When I asked her what the procedure was she she was annoyed: What do you mean ?! So I ask her again: how are percentages, picking up clothes, etc. She then told to be as few as possible (because she clearly did not feel like it) that I would receive a confirmation email of the number of items of clothing they would store in the store. and that I had to pick up what was not sold within 6 weeks. I received the confirmation email, it was striking that, despite the previous selection, only 6 of the 18 items of clothing were hung. Fine, I thought. They can decide that themselves. Today I went to pick up the clothes after 5 weeks. Turns out the unsuspended clothing (12 pieces) was donated to charity, because I should have picked it up after 2 weeks. The employee I asked about the procedure had not said a word about it! It appears afterwards that it was in the confirmation email, but apparently Mrs. Grumpy did not think it necessary to say it when I (as new contributor) asked what the procedure entailed! The owner then only gave me a big mouth that I should have read the mail better. And I should admit that, I totally admit! But not keeping a 2nd deadline (the 2-week deadline) when an applicant asks about the procedure is not very chic either! You don't have to come here for clarity and customer-friendliness!
