Very positive experience thanks to the employees of the Prénatal city store in Leiden. The young ladies who helped me here last Saturday morning December 5 were very service-oriented. Glad it can be done like this, because Prénatal's customer service was not helpful at all! Strange, because you would expect that from customer service ... Fortunately it was the opposite in the store.
