NOT SECURE! Uw spullen zijn hier NIET VEILIG.
Someone got into my indoor storage unit at Shurgard Wassenaar between 10th and 18th March 2020 and searched through my belongings. Packaging was ripped open, boxes were opened and rummaged through and items were tipped onto the floor. As soon as I discovered this I alerted staff who came and saw the damage but their reaction was to laugh, claim that it wasn't possible and say that they had no hard evidence that anyone had tampered with my things. I wrote and emailed to Shurgard management but got no response. So I have now transferred my belongings to a more secure storage provider, who incidentally also turns out to be cheaper (especially the insurance premium).
Shurgard Wassenaar earns a ZERO SCORE for both security and customer service. Don't trust this company with your possessions.
