I do not know why it does not give me the option to have zero stars, but this will do. This school. Oh God. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, incompetent, school I have ever come across. so many exams have become invalid due to teachers and administration. this school needs to reevaluate their structure and start listening to their students. All I have to say is, good luck Charlie.

Spent a year attending de Haagse Hogeschool studying abroad. Had an amazing time. Made many great friends. The education was different than what I was accustomed to, but not bad. Great classes and instructors. Very exciting adventure that ended too quickly. Periodically make the trip back to visit.

Out of over ~350 students starting a course, less than ~ 90 graduated. It's not a "only the strongest" programme (actually curriculum and teachers are very average neoclassical). But every teacher could have tutored 5 students inidvidually over the course of four years and the macro statistic and outcome would be better. This is bad math for higher management and a bad look on the Netherlands higher education. They are clearly so smart to intendly pretend that privatization is the only way forward. Would not recommend.

Student atmosphere at nadir, but still a brilliant place, an island of happiness in an ocean of depression. Covid19.

Education quality is poor. Teachers obviously think and treat their students as dumb, which translates into that there is a lack of reasonable or even exceeding leaders and mentors, sth every student wishes for. Hardly any of the educators view their job as an honour or privilege but instead feel entitled to being in a position of political influence, which they use to pass on neoliberal economic propaganda. Students and teachers get stuck in an endless "I wonder who is dumber" circle. I really do not want to DM you, I want to help as many students as possible to decide to not go study here, or - if they still can - change their univeristy. A full year of studying is lost, as it accounts for nothing but your "propadosa", a fact no one communicates openly to all students. Which means you do not take ANY credits from your first year into your second, making it a four year BA. I would never recommend the university, because I would never do it again. Education is completely detached from reality. Saddens me to see what education has become to be. Wish someone would have shaken me by the shoulders and said: Don't be too lazy, leave this place before it is too late, can't you see there is intent? Can't you see the role academia plays in not evolving to a humane society, with the abolition of poverty and peace?
