Have been on hold for half an hour, after which it sounded like I was being transferred, followed by the phone hanging up. No way to email, no response to a simple ticket sent more than a week ago (which is urgent). I understand that the current crisis makes it difficult to be quick, but perhaps adding a different way of communication or some student assistants would be good.

An okay place to study, but the help desks, especially the telephone lines, are really something else. Waiting more than half an hour is considered normal, and when you finally reach them they want to help, but often can't. It's like this University has not reached the 21st century yet.

It's the LU bookstore. Lots of things happen here. Good place to hang and study

Normally I am helped fairly well by the employees. Until today. At the fourth counter was a gentleman with glasses, brown hair and a beard. I had all the necessary papers with me, and I am still not being helped. In addition, he made inappropriate comments such as what is that I have never seen, and I am not the director of the school. When I said that I am attached to a deadline for this and that it could not be done earlier, that one must say oh you have a few days of success with it. I have not moved a step further, nor have they been referred or informed. Leiden University may better select its staff for student affairs.
