Treated unkindly when I asked for help with the car tire inflator. After asking for help 3 times and trying, I was unkindly told that there were too many people who were using it but were not going to refuel. So I had to figure it out and go elsewhere. "It stopped working" and a staff member was instructed not to help me. However, the pump is available free of charge and therefore accessible to everyone, a logical consequence. What the person forgot, however, is that we regularly come to refuel or shop in the Hubo. Unfortunately for him never again from now on.
