I have bad experiences with Dick de Rooy, based in Rijswijk. He made mistakes in my tax return, which meant that I received a substantial additional tax assessment from the tax authorities. Initially, he offered his assistance in requesting a deferment of payment, but after I sent him the required documents, he did not hear from him again. Now it appears that he has not requested any delay at all (he did not let me know) and I myself am too late. That means I have to pay the declaration within 10 days. Very disappointing that Dick de Rooy, after having faithfully paid my (high) bills for years, is now failing. He is currently also unavailable, because on vacation. He was always very poorly accessible anyway, but at times like this it is very acidic. I would say: do not work with this man, because he is mainly concerned with the money and certainly not with the service. I have now discovered this in a nasty way.
