Excellent service and very friendly people!
I came in with a nail stuck in one of my tires at my BMW X1 and left after 30 minutes with a repaired tire at a fairly low price (no expensive new tire needed).
This was a really positive experience which I never had with any other BMW dealer in Germany during my >30 years BMW ownership.
Terrible customer service. We asked for offer to repair turbo , We recieved 4 offer till now ranging different prices in last 2 months for the same problem. Every time we call them they say they would call back to discuss and we have to call back to ask but they would never call back.
For a recall, one would expect to have no costs. Be aware: you have to pay minimum €59 for the loan car....

All in all, bad service, extremely high prices. Long, very long waiting time.The workshop is always full of cars to be repaired which tells a lot about the nowadays BMW low quality and reliability and about its business model based on making profits not on the car sales but on the maintenance thereof. Will never buy this brand again.
