Today I had an experience that I want to forget very soon. On the dashboard of my Fiat Panda, a yellow triangular light with an exclamation mark remained on. I told a mechanic who said it was nothing special. Maybe replace a light or something with the tire pressure. As he indicated, I reported to the reception. I was asked to wait. After an hour I hadn't heard anything yet, so I asked if it could take a long time because I had been waiting for an hour while it was about something simple. More people were waiting. My car turned out to be just finished. The lighting was fixed. The invoice was presented to me for € 19.40. I asked how many bulbs had been replaced. It turned out to be 1 lamp. The lamp cost € 1.68 and small equipment € 0.28. Labor wages € 14.10 plus VAT. A ridiculous amount of money for 1 lamp. And outrageous that I had to wait 1 hour. I will never go there again. Normally I come to the garage "Het Hoekje" in Zoetermeer. They have already replaced a light twice before. Costs € 0.00. Service. I am so happy with the boys from Het Hoekje. Since I was driving past Preuninger, I thought they would fix it "for a while". What a bad service !! This ultimately costs them customers.
