Horrible client service! I ordered the clothes and didn’t receive any information about the delivery. Now waiting for more than a week and nothing. Calling them is useless , more than an hour waiting .... never more!

Actually not even worth 1 star, but otherwise you cannot show that this is a bad company. Since February 10, I am busy getting my money back (over 200, -) and every time there is something ... now part of it has been returned, but not everything. When you call, they say: 'It has been transferred, ma'am' and if you mention that this is not the case, they say that something has gone wrong and that they will take care of it again. Or the problem is supposedly with my bank. So when you buy something, make sure it fits, otherwise it will take a long time to get your money back. If I still get my money back ..

Never been able to order anything, so no idea what their quality is like. Every time there is advertising of a new sale, but still everything is sold out. I've been keeping an eye on the size L tracksuits for two weeks now. It is also out of stock for those two weeks. I watch daily, sometimes even several times a day. It is very bad that his well-known brand has sold out all tracksuits size L for two weeks. You will see, as soon as the sale is over it will be back in stock🤨

I bought a jacket from the black bananas site But still nothing inside paid! Half an hour before the mail delivery from the company budbee would be at our house. Couldn't come anymore but also no new appointment !!
