Extremely rude assistant and never reachable by phone doctor (only 30 minutes per day). After calling almost every day for 3 weeks in a row I was finally put in a waiting line where I spen 20 minutes with only 1 other person before me. Eventually, I was "greeted" by the very rude assistant who asked me to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally asked to speak to the doctor I was notified I can't speak to the doctor because it is 5 minutes after the her "spraakuur". After that I was asked if I speak Dutch and since my Dutch is not very good I was told I can't be helped further and she hang up the phone...

I would like to give a higher score because the doctor himself is very sympathetic, but it is far too often that I visit the pharmacy and it turns out that my repeat prescriptions have not been passed on. I was even told once by the assistant that I should not have used the online system, but in my experience it is really no better with the recipe line. So if you often need repeat prescriptions then unfortunately I cannot recommend this practice. Again, as far as I am concerned, nothing to the detriment of the doctor himself.

Preferably do not give a star. Very difficult to reach practice. Or a tape or 10 minutes on hold. Often closed. Been waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room twice for nothing. Then no appointment because first time forgot to put in the agenda and second time suddenly closed practice. Unreachable doctor, I wonder how I can get an appointment here that will go through.

Extremely satisfied with this practice. The assistants are also very helpful! I am very happy with both doctors and both assistants.

Very satisfied with this doctor! For years with this friendly doctor in practice. No complaints and certainly with children, very loved.
