I bought a lounge chair almost 2 years ago. After about a week, a leg was broken. I had taken out All-in-house service with the purchase so that I would be sure that if there was something I do not have to worry. After I reported the damage to custom care, I received confirmation that the case would be processed. Last week, after almost 2 years, I received an email that the chair cannot be repaired and I can come and get a new one for the purchase amount. After 2 years. I go to Pronto and guess what, the chair is no longer available. Something similar, and part of a bank !!! Where you see clamps on the side that you have to slide into the other part. That's impossible!! If they had acted a bit faster instead of after 2 years, I would have had a new chair. Regards, Antoinette Beerda

Beautiful store with a lot of choice. I bought an armchair 3 years ago and it is still perfect! Very good quality.
