Ordered furniture and coffee table and have it delivered at home. Furniture is fine, the coffee table type Xavi was finally skewed after assembly due to faulty screw sleeves. Today I brought my table back to Leen Bakker Leek myself. A new table was mounted there, also completely skewed. Leen Bakker does not offer a solution: no free delivery of a new table, a more expensive alternative table is not allowed, then just refund the purchase amount, after the refund I am told that the amount is usually on it within 24 hours ... Otherwise, give us a call on Friday ... When inquiring whether I can get a small compensation for my fuel costs, eg a gift voucher of € 10, I get to hear from the manager that he is not authorized to arrange this. I will not come to this case again ....
