If you have a problem, you really have a problem. We had bought a chair and the upholstery broke after 3 months. Mail sent, after a week text message that the chair would be exchanged. There will be a chair with 2 tears in the upholstery, crooked backrest, scratches on the legs, dirty upholstery and not in plastic. Called, emailed, all standard answers ... not a single excuse !!! Finally to the shop where we were allowed to choose a new chair. There, this problem turned out to be known with these chairs. Again no excuse. This seat we picked out was slightly cheaper. Money back was not possible and you will receive a voucher. We had to beg for a free aerosol to be able to (re) inject it. You don't deal with customers that way! The most disturbing is the communication and the fact that you dare to deliver a used chair as new!

I bought Sandton dining room table at the end of January. The description states that this table is wear, scratch and impact resistant. I have a small hole and 2 scratches on the table within 3 months. Had several contacts about this regarding the warranty, but all they offer is to buy a new table top of € 349. They call that warranty ???? Ridiculous and no longer buy furniture here because they handle complaints very badly. And desirable solutions are not offered at all !! I have never experienced such a bad (no) service with a complaint. Benefit furniture can still learn a lot in this !!
