Good service
Never ever going there again.
After a very bad experience with seats and sofas in Groningen, we went to seats and sofas again. wanted. after 8 weeks the bank was in, and despite lockdown we were able to pick up the bank, which exceeded our expectations, assen is great, thanks for your help.
We have ordered a sofa, and after months of waiting, it is finally delivered to our home. But it turns out to be the wrong color! The manager only offers 75 euros in compensation (this does not even cover more than the delivery costs), or we have to return the bank ourselves and wait months for our desired bank to arrive.
This is, of course, extremely bad service. They are very nice while selling the bank, but after that they don't seem to care about you anymore.
Lousy shop where they have never heard of the word service. Bought 2 sofas a year ago with the most expensive type of fabric that would not stain, so this is a myth. And after less than 2 months they already started to sag and it is no longer an inch. Unfortunately, if you contact them, you can only come by there to have the banks assessed instead of having them come by yourself to check the mess. Oh yes, and we still don't have the right legs under the sofa after more than a year, tribute.
