Ordered vegetarian noodles, got greasy spaghetti with a color without taste. The garter was tasteless! 2 liters of saoto soup, warm colored tasteless water with 2 bags of rice and chicken for 2 liters of soato ?! Soy sauce chicken with fried rice, literally soy sauce chicken gets little flavor or spices and boiled rice, roti chicken breast .... the pancake from the freezer at the Jumbo tastes even better. I call Roti Tori and want to complain, the lady does not listen to what I have to say and interrupts me rude and raises her voice against me. I tell the lady if you want to interrupt me you can also remain friendly and explain why you interrupt me. From raising your voice to even more irritated and rude. I tell the lady that I do not like the way of treatment and that she can first listen to the story before she interrupts me with I ordered a rice table (which I did not order at all) I say if you listen first before you start telling things that I have not ordered then we can continue the conversation together. She was too busy to deal with the complaint immediately. Spent € 60 for food that we were able to throw away. And then also being spoken to in a rude way. Very sorry, ordered more often in the past and the food was always good. Now I will never spend my money here again.

I had ordered food from Surinamese Eethuis Roti Tori and I received 2 trays with only one pancake. I called an hour after the betslening where the food was and when she answered the phone and I hadn't even told me who I was or what I ordered and got a screaming lady on the line. Only 2 hours later I get the food, while the site had indicated 30 min, then I indicate that it is not correct the young man who delivered it showed no interest and kept laughing at me when I tried to explain that it was not correct. They are also 2 small containers. This was once and never again very bad service, then she calls afterwards to explain and I was no longer interested after being treated like this the first time and afterwards by the delivery person. The quality of the roti is bad from now on when ordering another one

After an order we called them for the following points. ° food was cold ° the food was delivered after an hour and a half ° no napkins or cutlery ° sauce was in sandwich bags ° salad was in sandwich bags that dripped empty We just wanted to indicate that this is not the way things are. Mrs. Aggressively answered the phone and jumped on the defensive after she aggressively asked what we wanted van der, my cousin first asked not to yell at her like that. We have never experienced this, but will not order or eat here anymore. I also advise others against this case. Friendly lady on the phone who helped me well. Good according to the COVID measures, the order is collected at the agreed time. Got nice big meals for affordable prices and enjoyed delicious with my family. Takes good account of the consumer's budget and gives advice on what is most advantageous. I've been a customer here for over 8 years. I always pick up. The staff are always very friendly. The food is good and the price pima. The roti chicken fillet is definitely recommended.
