Great fireworks. We had advance ordered to avoid queues but apparently 3 weeks was not far enough in advance and we had to wait for the preparation of our order.

Was first time, only saw good reviews. Neatly ordered and settled in advance. When we arrive there at the agreed time, half is not present. Yes they could offer something else. That would then be taken from bags from ready orders. O that is why our ordered and paid fireworks were already gone !! So two others wanted to saddle up with the same problem. The two employees were very friendly and had already agreed that we would get our money back. However, the gentleman that was added afterwards I will not say anything about it. Eventually the kids drove to Intratuin where they had everything in stock.

First of all it was super busy, without any structure. Unclear where to stand to pick up your order or buy fireworks. It's your turn at last, Mrs gives you a bag and she says 'happy New Year', while half of the orders are finished. These were already ordered and settled online. Ask another colleague what you can get in return, who will send you back in line. We stood in line again for half an hour, but eventually left without having received our money back. Unfortunately they cannot handle the crowds. First and last time been here for fireworks!

What I ordered via the internet was not (anymore) available. This was all about flares. However, the REQUIRED, for which you also have to pay, arrow holder was in my order. I was able to use this arrow holder for at least 2 arrows from my meter of fireworks ... Too bad. Did get amount of fireworks as compensation, but because you are robbed with it, you cannot think carefully about what they gave.

Very friendly staff! Order was packed in advance that we had some time left to do an oliebol and a cup. Next year I will get my fireworks again at Vuurwerk Forepark! Class!
