what a misery ! at 2.30 pm for a new passport, at least 40 waiting for me. but service coffee, I left after 20 minutes, of the 4 counters there was 1 !!!!!!!!! open again in those 20 minutes, so 1 less waiting, then one counter closed to provide the other with coffee or tea. think something serious should be done about this. people work in the town hall but I also have to work.

Terrible you will be sent from the cashbox to the wall, the employees Hebburn little to no knowledge. For difficult matters, you can choose everything nicely yourself.

A simple thing to register your child becomes impossible. We wait 6 months. no reaction. horrible
