Might have chosen a bad day to go here. The meat and fish were quite undercooked, much of the fish offered was out of stock by 7 PM and the waiting time was quite long

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, decent seating. It's pretty expensive and the food isn't mind-blowing, but that is offset by the fact that there are lots of options, which is great for big groups with different tastes, or people who always complain that the portions are too small. There's a playing area for the kids (I believe it has a ball pit and crawl spaces and such) to keep them entertained. If you like a more relaxed visit, try to go during the week; Fridays and weekends are insanely busy, and the wait times for the wok and grill areas are very long. The principle is that you reserve a time and every extra half hour costs extra (per person). Don't put excessive amounts of food on your plate, only to not end up eating it: this is considered waste and you will pay a fee. There's a decent amount of entrees (salads, sushi, cold fish), a sort of snackbar area with fried goods and pizza, pastas, and soups, and all drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included (they serve soft drinks, water, alcohol and coffee). The most popular areas are the wok station (you put your meats and veggies of choice on a plate, hand it to the chef, he asks you which sauce you want and then he woks it for you) and the grilling station, which has a wide variety of both regular (steak, chicken), fancy (T-bone, lamb chops, duck, veal) and special meats (I'm pretty sure they have kangaroo), and a decent selection of fish (not a fan of fish, so I honestly couldn't say what they have). They salt and pepper it for you while grilling, smear herb oil on at the end if you want and there are about 6 different sauce options. If you don't like any of them, they also have "regular" sauces. Desserts include cakes, donuts, cream puffs, pastries, fruits, ice cream incl. toppings and whipped cream, and a chocolate fountain with candy to dip it in. Overall, it's a pretty fun experience. Final tip: go on your birthday. You have to show your ID and then your stay is free (but only if you bring at least one more paying costumer). It really makes this fairly expensive place more accessible.

Nice place. There is also a play space for children and so many foods to choose from.

All you can eat concept, with drinks included ! They have a early bird special and if it's your birthday, you eat free.
