Bought an office chair here a few weeks ago, I had chosen the pick up option. The chair should be in 6 to 8 working days. After 14 working days I was informed whether it had already been received, it turned out to have been there for quite some time! No mention of this at all, very sloppy. The pick-up was also strange, at the pick-up point I asked an employee to pick up a chair, but he had no time and she is there, take it with you. Not really a customer-friendly approach.
