In connection with the 50th birthday of my wife at Willem Boon we bought fantastic black angus rib eye and very good spare ribs. When I said I wanted to make the rib eye on the BBQ, Willem knew exactly what I wanted. This resulted in 8 pieces of rib eye of 350 grams each. Pink + ring finger thickness cut. A beautiful piece of meat. !!!

We often get a sandwich here for lunch, these are really delicious! My favorite is the chicken curry sandwich, certainly does not detract from the Surinamese! Staff is always friendly and the price / quality ratio is also good 😁
