Bad experience with this car salesman. Bought a car in February that was already at the garage 1 day later! I did not hear from the owner. Now 2 months later and one defect after another. I will never buy a car here again !! Update: N.a.v. I would like to add my previous review. After my bad review I finally heard from Jan. I explained what is wrong with the car and what the options were. I requested to sell the car back to Jan, but that was not possible. Initially, I think he would make a lot of loss if I sold the car back to him. I indicated that I still wanted to return the car. Then Jan suddenly indicated that he was no longer interested in such cars. The car could be made through him but I would not get a guarantee on this and this would cost me more money than elsewhere. I had the car checked elsewhere and the mechanic indicated that cars with these kinds of defects i.c.m. the high mileage on the odometer normally go to scrapping. It is special that the car comes through with so many flaws. A catalytic converter with a crack in it, a slack multi-belt, burnt-out spark plugs ... Unfortunately, the list goes on for a while. I hope that my review makes other car buyers think twice about buying a car from this dealer. I understand that cars in this price range have flaws, that makes sense. But in the 2 months that I own this car, it has cost me almost as much as the purchase amount. I have received a car that is not good at all !!

I have had a good experience with this car business. In September 2019 I bought a Ford Puma for a good price. There were some flaws (not unlike normal for the age and mileage of the car, by the way), but Jan was honest about that and was open to price negotiations. I have been driving around for four months without any problems, and I still enjoy the car a lot. Furthermore, communication with Jan was pleasant: he responded quickly to questions and was always clear.

Great car shop! Nice cars at reasonable prices. An enthusiastic young seller with an honest story.

Saturday (14-12) go look for a car. Well helped by Jan. Test drive unfortunately was not possible due to a small problem. As soon as it is repaired, I receive a call. Let's see if we go to the 5 stars. 1st impression fine (21-12) And this was it. It remained silent. If Jan does not comply with this simple agreement, how is it with the rest? So not 5 stars but back to 2 stars. Unfortunately no mail received. Not in the inbox, not in the spam (23-12) Private mail contact. Was a technical failure. That is why the mail did not get through to me (and other customers?). Jan has neatly explained what was going on with the car. It will be fine. Nicely done, so just 4 stars again.

In August 2019 a Suzuki Alto from 2002 purchased from Jan. First made a test drive in a Ford Ka but this was not quite what I was looking for. Afterwards received good advice and thus bought the Alto. In addition, I had the car inspected at the garage last month and it was not too bad. In short, happy with the car and the good service from Jan!
